Bad Service and No Response

On the 10th January 2013 i received 3 SMS's stating that i owe South African National Blood Service R3898.59 (3 Invoices in total) this invoices are from June 2010 and i have never even once recieved communication that my medical aid did not pay them. Then i phoned my medical aid to find out why they never paid then an i got response within a week that they are busy processing the 2 invoices but one they will never pay as they have adviced SANBS that i was never in hospital on that day they stated on their Invoice. Then my madical aid advised me that the other invoice was paid full R1768.18 because that what they claim from them but now the invoice this Debttec sent to me showed that they short payed with R247.52 and the other invoice was paid on the 26/02/2013 R609.78. then i check my credit report and it shows that i have been handed Over for this 3 invoices all this time i have been trying to get help from Debttec they will always tell me they will look into it even contacted the manager Alen who also promised to solve this but still nothing happend and they never contacted me. for the past 3 days now they tell me their system is down. i need this solved as in last month.
