I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE FACT THAT I AM STILL GETTING INVOICES THAT WERE SETTLED BY MY MEDICAL AID IN MARCH ALREADY - AND YET YOU ACCOUNTS EPARTMENT DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF SUCH - AFTER A CONSULTANT CALLED ME WHENTHE MEDICAL AID MADE THE PAYMENT.
I RECEIVED ANOTHER INVOICE VIA POST AND SENT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE GUYS AN EMAIL TO RECTIFY THIS INSTEAD THEY SENT ME ANOTHER INVOICE WITH A DIFFERENT AMOUNT.
CLEARLY YOU ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF PEOPLE - SO - JUST SO YOU KNOW - I WILL NOT BE MAKING ANY PAYMENTS AS THIS WAS CONFIRMED BY MY MEDICAL AID AND YOUR CONSULTANT THAT I OWE NOTHING TO YOU - BUT YOU STILL INSIST ON WASTING PAPER ON ME.
