I receive regular shipments from Italy via TNT and in December noticed that my VAT number does not appear. I emailed John Puluza and he said that I must send it to him and he would update the master file with it and it would appear on future invoices. I mailed it to him promptly. I received 2 shipments this year already and none of the invoices show my VAT number. I asked the person (Floris V Wyk) who sent me the latest invoice about how I can get my VAT number on the invoices as well as past invoices yesterday to which I have received no reply. I resent this message 2 hours ago and again have had no reply. What useless service for something so simple. Maybe my business is not worth it to TNT to add this info onto my invoices and maybe I should use another courier from now on.
