Business Insurance Tax Invoice? Am I the only one?

Hi,

I have a business that is VAT Registered and I need monthly Tax Invoices for SARS to claim back the VAT on it. Because Outsourance doesn't send automatically Invoices (FOR WHAT REASON EVER) i always have to call in. Now I requested invoices for 2 month, but the Tax Invoice date is for today and not for the month the transaction. SARS is not accepting the invoices, so i can't claim the VAT on it PLUS i have to pay penalties to SARS!

According the hotline guys I'M THE ONLY ONE with that issues. Every business will run into that problem, once SARS will request documents.

Please Outsourance, send me monthly invoices like any other company!
