o I received an invoice 461022 dated 17/12/13 which I paid
o Later received a statement referring to this invoice
o Today received a statement dated 01/01/14 for another invoice 1511875- no invoice received
o The call centre informs me they have 6 invoices on their system - none received
o I have tried almost daily to access the website to find out what I owe - no success.
How can I pay if I don't get invoices and the website is not accessible?
