On the 10th January 2013 i received 3 SMS's for Debttec stating that i owe SANBS R3898.59 (3 Invoices in total) this invoices are from June 2010 to July 2010 and i have never even once received communication that my medical aid did not pay them not even SMS or Letters were sent to me. I contacted Debttec as soon as posible and also my medical aid and my madical aid confirmed that one of the invoices for R3041.27 was never paid because i was never in hospital they have provided an incorrect date, the other invoice the medical aid got a claim of R1768.18 and they paid it but as per SANBS they say it was short paid with R247.54 which is not true and the other invoice the payment was done on the 26/02/2013 for R609.78. then i checked my credit report and it shows i have been handed over for this 3 invoices i have tried all my best to communicate with Lorain and Amanda but i never got any response from them and whats worse this Lorain lady is not welling to help at all every time i call her she doent even whan to listen to what ever i want to explain to her. This is giving me a bad name and as i am busy looking for a job it is really messin up my life. I need this sort out ASAP.
