After paying R9000.00 cash (as our medical aid don't cover in hospital dentistry), Fordsburg Clinic has yet again failed to produce invoices for the hospital or the anaesthesiologist.
After phoning everybody, including the General Manager Mohammed they keep coming up with excuses as to why they can't send the invoices. First the invoices was e-mailed to me, then it was e-mailed to my husband, then the money has not reflected yet (but the surgery were done 2 weeks prior to this excuses), then the power is off, then they are offline... Our medical aid has advised that if we submit the invoices along with a letter of reference from our dentist they will consider paying a portion of the R9000.00. Our son's surgery was done on the 18th July 2013 and on the 19th we received the letter of motivation from our dentist. (He does not work for Fordsburg Clinic, but does his surgeries there...). It has now been over a month since our son's surgery and we have started to pay our loan back that we had to take for him to have this surgery done. The medical aid will no longer consider paying us back as it's now been over a month.
