Monthly Invoices NOT SUBMITTED

I have emailed Autopage on no less than THREE separate instances requesting monthly Invoices to be emailed to me but to no avail.
I last received and invoice for August 2013 and have requested for all outstanding invoices to be emailed to me.
Cell phone account effected is 083 235 3536, we just do not receive invoices and yet Autopage pester us for payment without an Invoice???

Is this going to be resolved by Autopage Administration???
