I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tablet - Faulty!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 from [URL Removed] at the beginning of the year.

Within 3 days, it started simply dying! I emailed [URL Removed] to complain so they could swap it out, but was told that I must simply reboot it. The gentleman who called to help me with the problem, was trying to help me sort out the problem.

However, within a day the problem persisted and it would sometimes not switch on for days, no matter what I did!
I wrote several emails back to [URL Removed] (you have to email them first so they can give you a "returns number", and then you can send it back for repairs etc) only to find out that they had gone bankrupt, but their website assured customers that new management were taking over.
Since the "takeover" you now are required to call the UK to speak to someone, and I am not about to spend money calling the UK to try and resolve this problem.

Long story short, after sending several emails to [URL Removed] about my problem, I have yet to hear from them, leaving me thinking that they are an unscrupulous company who hide behind the internet website they run from the UK!
