Samsung - you buy it its your problem

I bought a Samsung TV and a Samsung sound system and connected it according to the manual with HDMI cable but doesn't work, so I phoned Samsung and some guy that couldn't help me asked for the number behind the TV, as I could not give it to him as it took us a few hours to mount this TV and to make it difficult to steel, that was his exit cant help with out the number. So I went online [URL Removed] where they have two technical guys to assist you, just type in your problem and they will get back soon, which I did and then I had to pay R350.00 to get a answer to the question not to fix the problem, so any after sales questions you have to pay for. They should place there rates in the manuals they give with the appliance. Be warned Samsung does not have a free after sales service. You buy it its your problem.
