I have emailed these people for weeks and several months and nobody can answer or resolve my problem.
I cant download anything with my black 3g modem, i all it does is upload and not download.
Cell c definatly cannot do anything in the capacity to help me with my issue.
I spoke to a person called tshepo and he cant even tell me whats going on.
He said that a technition would contact me with in 7 to 10 working days... that was in febuary 2013, still nobody has contacted me.
Im am going to put a stop order at my bank for cell c to stop debiting my money. I am paying yoiur uselss company money that i break my back over to earn and you cant even sort out a simple connection problem.
