NO SIGNAL IN MY AREA

I had been sending email [Email Removed] [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] back and forward but no feedback. I got a call on the 14 October 2013 from a Technician that they are aware of the problem in our area (Eldorado Park) about signal problem and they are busy with profession and they will stay in contact with me. This is the six week and still no call or reply on all my email I been sending on a weekly base to the above email addresses. I feel if they are so concern about their clients why don't they do a courtesy call or email to their clients.
I got four contracts with MTN and having endless problems with signal. I had been a client ten and more years with MTN and sins last year that I been upgrading to Blackberry and having endless problems. I though let me take the next two contracts and change to Samsung it will be better not at all. The S4 mini is fine but the TAB no signal at all. I took the tablet mainly because I need the internet to do my kids research for school work. They are just playing games serving me no purpose at all because I could have just bought cheap games for them to play on.
I REGRET TAKING OUT TWO NEW CONTRACTS WITH MTN.
