I took out a contract with Cell C 2 months ago. Suddenly my phone's battery keeps dying. It says 80% charged, then suddenly switches off and says 0%. The battery has also started swelling up. It keeps saying 0% every few hours.
I researched this problem, to find that is it a KNOWN issue with the Galaxy S4 batteries. Samsung are replacing batteries free of charge because of these faulty batteries.

I took my phone in to Cell C and they said they have to send it into repairs for up to 21 days, I find this completely unacceptable when you can clearly see the battery is swollen and it is a KNOWN issue that Samsung have acknowledged. Samsung offer a free battery replacement internationally. Cell C don't care.
This is unacceptable and want it resolved
