Around the 11th of October this year I took my Samsung Galaxy S4 which I had purchased in late April for R8450 for repair at Samsung Smart Care Weltevreden, the issue was that my Galaxy S4 continuously flashes a black screen randomly no matter what I'm doing, some days it will do it once other days it will do it frequently and cause me to make mistakes when typing Emails, Texts, browsing the web etc... It makes the phone seriously annoying to use, which is unfair for a phone of this price. I got the back on the 19th October, on the repair sheet it says they replaced the main board, it worked fine for around 3-4days, then suddenly the problem came back. I once again drove all the way back to Weltevreden on 25th October, I wanted a replacement phone as clearly this one is faulty, yet they once again wanted to take it in for another couple of days, possibly a week and repair it again, I simply can't go so long without my phone and the possibility of this issue coming back seems high if at 1st it couldn't be fixed, all I would like is a Galaxy S4 that is in working order, I can't afford to be in Weltvreden every week due to a faulty phone, it should have been replaced, I'm disappointed
