Undelivered URGENT and fully paid Medication

I paid for my 2 months medication supply in December 2013 knowing that I was travelling & needed to have enough medication, I received my 1month supply week of the 13/12/13, AND I immediately called Optipharm to remind them i paid for 2months and only got 1months, I was told my 2nd one will be ordered as matter of urgency, I called again Friday 13th emphasising I am traveling the 19 Dec 03, since Monday 16th was a holiday, i had to call again 17th and was promised order will be dispached, I even asked if possible to be delivered at my house weekend they said they dont work weekends. I left and back to work yesterday and followed up again, I am asked for a receipt i said I never kept the receipt of my 1st delivery and never experienced this for past year, I am told my 2nd delivery was done on sat but how cos we work till fri and who signed for it? and their system even shows my 2nd order was done and cancelled then story about saturday delivery when they not working, if i was told from my 1st enquiry I wouldnt have thrown the box with the receipt but I was told they acknowledge 1 delivery the 2nd will be requested as a matter of urgency, it mean my money and my health doesnt matter?
