Last week Monday I got an sms stating someone tried calling me to no avail and i must phone back. i phone back to be passed from one consultant to the other eventually i was told that they received my application and has been approved. Wednesday i got a call from some lady who said she is now the person responsible to dispatch my medication and i will be getting delivery on Friday which was last week. I'm still waiting for the medication and no delivery, no call, and no nothing. maybe the delivery guy got lost and still looking for my house even today... don't call me just deliver the medication.
i know its non of their business that I'm sick and taking chronic medication, but i think its my right as a patient to get the medication i need to be delivered in time cause should i be sick i doubt they will be willing to pay my hospital bill
