Chronic Medication

I am on the Chronic Medication Benifit. Discovery FORCE me to get my Medication through OptiPharm. (other wise you have to pay extra if you collect them from the Chemist. So as Optipharm failed to deliver last month and called but was PROMISED some one will call back. so now Month 2. Still no medication has been delivered so went to Dischem as i was told to but they do not have the medication. they will only get it on Wednesday. So Discovery Health How do you give the contract to a company that does not have the medication. and Optipharm surely you should get people that can read and write and do propper stock count of your medication.

I Called at 13h00 to be told that the supervisor is in a meeting and she CANT be disturb. at 2 I went to the walk in Center and there is no manager he is on leave. and his manger is not here either. then Steven Penfold Customer relation manger he called the call center AND AT 14H30 I WAS TOLD SOME ONE WILL CALL ME BACK WHEN? and shoulders get pulled up and said that Discovery caNT HELP FOR THIS AS ITS OUT OF THEIR HANDS...
