I get chronic medication delivered to my place of work amongst which is my depression medication (serlife). I got a delivery sometime last week as I was about to run out of medication. Upon realising that serlife was not included I duly phoned them and got through to their call centre the person I spoke to confirmed that they have a script and it was an oversight on their part. I was promised urgent delivery first thing Today as they did not do deliveries over the weekend. I called them again this morning and got an assurrance that my medication will be delivered. A delivery was made today which is for my mother and did not include my medication. I called again but could not get assistance. My wellbeing is being highly compromised as I'm alredy feeling the emotional mental and physical effects of not having my medication.
