I received an sms on Monday stating that my medication will be delivered in the next 3days and up till today no medication has been delivered, One thing i don't understand i could get my medication on time from clicks and no I've joined Optipharm and my medication hasn't been delivered and I'm without any medication funny a claim has been made with my medical aid but medication hasn't been delivered. This service is more like going to the goverment clinics to go and collect you medication and when you get there you are told they havent got your medication, and you go a week without medication.
