Hi,
I have an arrangement with Optipharm for them to deliver my mothly order for Chonic medication, usually by the 20th of each month. My doctor sends them the script and they normally deliver. Their deliveries have been on time for a few months but suddenly, no surprise, no delivery! I took my last pill yesterday and can not skip doses. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me and their response to my previous complaint was indifference.
I tried to call them now and the call centre number stays engaged.
