For the last 3 months, I have had to struggle to get my chronic medication. Discovery Health only uses Optipharm and their service is just terrible. The system should be automatic, ie, I shouldn't have to call Optipharm every month when I run out of medication for them to urgently deliver. Will Discovery please let me get my meds from any pharmacy without the ridiculous 20% levy? I have had to go without meds for the past 2 days now!
