Non Delivery Of Chronic Medication

Good day,

I write in this complaint for the delivery of my medication. On Thursday the 05 December 2013 i first spook to Debbie Ruddof who i done a follow up with regards to the renewal of my medication, who had confirmed that they had received my script and i am to expect my medication by 09 December 2013 as an urgent delivery. The Friday i done a second follow up and spook to Endrigo Moseleni who too assured me that i am to receive my medication. On the 9th to had spoken to Palesa who had indicated that i will receive my medication on 09 December 2013 after 18:00.

Please note that i had rushed to my house to my house and to my expectation no delivery had come through.
Seriously i don't understand why that you would not get it that these are chronic medication and without them i would die. Further more i had taken it that Pharmacy direct is in breach of they contract and have been advised by my legal team to take this up with the ombudsman (Council of Medical Aids). As you would notice with the recorded phone calls i had been promised my medication and had not it has been almost 7 days without them. I expect delivery of my medication otherwise this will be dealt seriously.
