Once again our lives are put in danger by the incompetency of Optipharm.
My spouse received her medication on Saturday and only to find that the contents of the medication "did not" belong to her but someone else.
She was out of medication and to make things worse was that it was a long weekend and we had to use an old prescription to get her medication from clicks pharmacy which we had to pay cash.
I would like to be reimbursed for the money I paid at clicks pharmacy as I am already paying for medical aid.
Can someone please attend to my query as a matter of agency.
