As a Discovery Key-Care client for almost ten years, Discovery recently forced me to use Optipharm as a Chronic Medication Supplier.
However, in a matter of six months, Optipharm has only managed to get me my medication ONCE!!! Every single time it takes me two weeks of MY precious time to contact Optipharm and nag them to supply me chronic medication.
Due to the fact that Discovery is forcing me to use this supplier, it is Discovery's job to sort this out!
