I recently received an email stating that we need to update our health review on vitality however I constantly have problems with the Discovery website and especially the Vitality side and I have sent e-mails to Discovery to enquire about this in the past but have never had a response. I have filled in my review but at the end it bombs and I have to start all over again, it never completes the process and when my husband tried to do his it opens up a blank page from the start. So what are we supposed to do to keep up our status level and how do I get hold of someone to help me? Thanks
