Joined Discovery and started paying in November. Since the sign up there has been no information as to how I can access Vitality. Their website's form errors when I try to download it (latest version Firefox with latest version of Adobe Reader) and telephonically I just got cut off with one of their consultants. An email response 5 days ago said they would be in contact with me ASAP. No luck on that side either.
