Discovery Vitality is listed as a HelloPeter Company that reponds, and the Discovery Health Customer Care Consultants constantly tell us to contact Discovery Vitality with Vitality issues. Yet Discovery Vitality does not respond. As of today, 18 June 2013, the last time that a Vitality Consultant responded on HelloPeter was on 14 May 2013 - more than a MONTH AGO!!! So how are we actually supposed to get them to respond with acceptable Customer Service? At the end of the day - it is all part of the Discovery offering. Disgusting!
