I have received a letter re short payment of R30 on my nursing council fee. I have paid the R30 and called SANCE but everytime the call was cut/discrupted. I then send an email to [Email Removed] as stated on letter then no reply on 23/1/13 and on 25/1/13.I called on 25/1/13 at 15h53 after there was no respond and spoke to Rebecca and said that it take two days to reflect and they will still working on it. I said that its quite urgent as i need to have proof of registration for working purposes. The other concern was that there was an email but no responds and i was told that they receive 1000 of emails a day and could not amswer what the turn around time was. It is been very frustrating as today again i tried calling them and line continuously engage on 0124201000.I dont want to send email cause they dont reply and it seems that they dont see the seriousness and not doing much from their side to assist. I would really apppreciate if i can get assistance with this matte
