Health and Vitality not talking to each othe

Whenever someone posts a Vitality query to Health the following reply is given:

"I'm pleased to let you know that Vitality have subscribed to Hello Peter and are responding to all comments posted about them. You can find them under "Companies who respond: Discovery Vitality & Vitality Mall". "

This has not been the case for about a month. They no longer seem to be subscribed. Please start talking to each other.
