I have been on Diamond vitality status for a number of years.
For absolutely no reason whatsoever, Discovery Vitality have taken it upon themselves to strip me of all my points, and put me back onto blue status.
When I called the call centre, they came up with every excuse in the book.
I suggest all vitality members start looking to OTHER COMPANIES offering BETTER rewards programs with LOWER PREMIUMS, before they lose their points and status as I have.
Discovery seem to think they are bigger and stronger than everyone else.
The Ombudsman is going to have a field day with this issue.
