Discovery Vitality cancelled without consent

I have been a member of Discovery life since 2008 and Discovery vitality since 01 Jan 2009. I have thus also been a member of Virgin Active through vitality since jan 2009. In May 2011, My discovery vitality was cancelled without my notice and thus i only found out by visiting the gym. In May 2011, I had moved from Bankmed to Discovery health and was not informed by discovery that my vitality was cancelled. I had to go through the same song and dance then, and speak to Vitality, Discovery health, and discovery life and after two months managed to get my Vitality reinstated in July 2011. As off the 31 Dec, i had moved employers and went from Discovery Health to Bankmed. Since January I am fighting the same fight with the call centre agents stating that i have a discovery life policy and should have not had my vitality terminated, instead transferred to my life policy that i may continue with my vitality benefits. It is now April and i still have not had any resolution to this problem, worst is I dont even know if the consultants take notes as each day is me having to explain and start over. I am so tired of this. Please can someone just help me get my vitality reinstated!!!
