I made the mistake of taking a Groupon voucher to spoil myself & a friend on my birthday with this spa/guesthouse which boasts proudly a 4 star rating which should be changed to 1 star at best!
When we walked inside the staff were watching a local TV station & were very unfriendly.
How this place made it to a managers selection on Groupon is completely beyond me!
Upon arrival the staff were dressed in jeans & t shirts, were untrained in the art of Thai massage, the room stank of cooking oil, had a plastic lavender twig on the bed & was filthy. There were dirt stains everywhere & the staff conducted themselves in a completely unprofessional manner. The range of products being used for the facial were dubious at best and after a massage that was beyond a joke, I declined the facial for fear of breaking out in a rash!
I left immediately and a young oriental lady came to apologise but seemed genuinely unconcerned how unhappy we were! Enter at your own peril!
