My husband and I have just come back from a facial, body massage and foot treatment from Celebrity Spa in Umhlanga, Durban. This was very disappointing to say the least. Groupon said that it was a couples massage, but we were both separated in different rooms. Each treatment on Groupon said 45 minutes, however we were out of there by 10am. Which means we only had an hour and a half and lost out on 45 minutes. This is not what I paid for! Also the facial was very average, only consisting of a few creams and scrubs being applied to the face probably lasting 15 minutes. My husband was also finished 15 minutes earlier than me. I think Groupon should go visit these places to check that they are of a suitable standard and quality. This is not the first time we have been disappointed with Groupon as we bought a voucher for travel and could not go when we intended to. We have bought meal vouchers on Groupon and those have been fine. So this just means we wont buy any more Groupons for travel or well being as you do not get what it says on the voucher.
