I purchased 2 HALF DAY Spa treatments through Groupon SA. I paid and soon thereafter received my voucher. When I attempted to book the treatments I was told that the treatments would take ONE HOUR. I was surprised but just assumed there had been an error. I contacted Groupon SA who investigated and came back to me and ADMITTED THEY HAD MADE AN ERROR but that they had confirmed with the supplier that the treatments would only take ONE HOUR. Any woman will know that the following treatments, (as advertised) could never ever only take one hour in total if done correctly, Indian Head Massage, Lower arm and hand massage, lower leg and foot massage, back and neck massage and moisture facial!!! I explained to Raen Germishys that this was gross misrepresentation and I demanded the half day spa as advertised and paid for. Groupon SA immediately altered the advert on the website and said the best they could do was offer me a refund (which I am still waiting for).
I will NEVER, EVER purchase through Groupon SA again. Furthermore I will warn everyone I speak to that Groupon SA is an immoral business.
