I have ended my membership with Liberty Medical Aid, I phone the call centre once regarding this issue and each time the inform me that it takes 3 months now it is 4 months. After all it is my monies and I appreciated the fact that there might be extra claims. If I signed an agreement with a service provider surely im liable for any outstanding monies and not liberty after my contract was supended with them. Secondly I was told that is company policy I wonder if the company realize that their policy should be communicated when engaging in contracts So I do await your response to his matter or do I need to go the ombutsman ways
