I bought 2 vouchers via Groupon for a deep tissue massage and facial, which have turned into a nightmare experience. It was so bad, that I just wanted to walk out within the 1st 15 minutes, but stayed, hoping my friend are having a better experience. I was wrong
The hygiene was so bad, all the different smells. The 1st question the lady ask me was a gentle or firm massage. I replied a firm massage. After about 10 minutes she asked me whether the pressure was OK, whereby, I replied, you must press harder.
Well, after 45 minutes instead of the hour, the massage was finished. It felt like someone was just gently wiping some oil over me. No pressure at all. The may problem areas was not taking care off and let me rather say nothing about the facial.
Both of us had to endure this treatment for 1 hour 30 minutes. No massage, no idea of a facial, the smells, the bad music, etc.
We had to book a massage again the following day at our regular place to look at the problem areas.
I have a muscle problem and have to go for a massage almost every 2 weeks, which means, I know what I'm talking about.
