I purchased a Groupon from Le Suz in Ferndale for a environ facial, indian head massage and Envion travel pack. The treatments were meant to be an hour and half an hour respectively. The facial was half an hour. The massage was 10 minutes. The therapist went to smoke during the facial and I could smell it on her after she returned to complete my facial. The "travel pack" I received was a set of 4 samples (for once off use) and one travel size product. I complained about the above to the owner of the salon, Suzette, who promised to investigate and came back to me with a response that the salon closes at five and hence as my appointment was at four I should have known that the treatment would be cut short. She also defended the sample pack that she indicated on the Groupon was a travel pack saying she had to pay R90 for the four samples and Groupon agreed it was a travel pack. She was very unprofessional in her response and did not seem interested in her salons lack of delivery and poor service. Very disappointed at the bad attitude of the salon owner and she made no effort to apologise for wasting my time and money. Do not make use of this salon.
