In September 2012 my mom purchased a daddy's deal for a full body massage, foot facial and full Dermaplex facial (2 hours) from Beauty We Go. I made the appointment in October over 3 separate calls over a Friday and Monday, over which I was told they could not take any 2 hour appointments on Saturdays as they were fully booked (every call I made sure I told the lady it was a daddy's deal). When we got to the 'salon' on 10 Jan 2013 for our appointments we were greeted by Zanele, and another lady, who did not even say hello or get out of their chairs! When we handed Zanele the voucher she said "O " and then informed us the booking was made for a pedi because it was recorded as a groupon. We had to ask her twice for her name and were never apologized to. Complete waste of our time! This salon is completely unprofessional with rude staff, I will personally be making sure I tell everyone not to use them!
