I purchased a groupon special to Health Hydro Spa, I had made arrangements prior to going in for the treatment and the owner confirmed via e mail, however when I got there they seemed surprised and did not know I was coming in, I was made to wait an hour without any explanation, and when I was eventually attended to, the wrong treatment was provided as the Groupon specified a facial and Indian head massage as part of the special but I did not receive this. To make matters worse there are two spas operating on the same premises but no clear marking or indication to indicate this which added to the confusion by the staff. As a last straw, an irate neighbour of the spa walked in while we were waiting for our treatment, and demanded we go and find the person who parked in his yard and tell them to move their car! It was a series of unfortunate events but has made me very apprehensive of buying groupon specials again, as I cannot trust the calibre of suppliers advertised by Groupon.
