Purchased a groupon for a 60 min massage with full body exfoliation for 2 people. Printed the voucher and made an appt with the spa. The spa phones to say that groupon made a mistake and it is a 30 min massage.
Requested a refund from groupon but was told if I dont want the voucher, I should give it to a friend or family member. They even rectified their mistake and sent me the options.
Its the principle of the matter and groupon surely has no principles or customer etiquette. Will not be purchasing again from groupon.
