MORE THAN 18TH MONTHS TO REFUND ME HEALTHY FOOD

In May 2012 I registered for the Health Food Cash Back benefit. To date they still owe me R1900. 18 Months have passed with numerous calls to the call centre where they have apparently escalated to Finance as Finance do not have telephones where one can call directly to resolve my problem. On the months I have the time I call they escalate and that month is paid into my chq account. Four such payments done in 18 months. The month I dont call I dont get paid. I have dealt with Mojela who has tried many times to assist in the past month and even managed to get the Manager of Finance to call me. That was Tuesday 5th Nov 2013. The same story I am told over and over is, it is a system fault and a manual payment will be done, which is apparently done and returned cos the system problem is not fixed. This manager assured me a return call by 2pm 5th Nov. I am still waiting.. for a call and my money. I have been a discovery member for 15 or more years and the bigger they get the less efficient they get. DA Haftendorn Member number: 045515940
