I added Woolworths Healthy food to my Vitality offerings and made it my preference to get the 25% discount on healthy food. In spite of calling the call centre numerous times to effect implementation, as well as my school card, it is still not operating. Call centre staff are always pleasant but the problem has not been resolved after months of trying. The website does not provide a contact number for escalating the problem and an email to attempt to solve the problem did not help either. Had I known it would take this long I would have kept the 25% saving on Pick and Pay. I also want the savings on Woolworths to be implemented from the date of implementation.
