I am a Diamond vitality member and have been told by the vitality call centres that If I want to rent a car using the benefit I should have booked 3 months in advance not 1 month in advance as it is the end of the holiday season. If I book directly with the supplier not using vitality there are plenty of cars available. This is the same story which I receive every time I try rent a car using my vitality benefit. Beware of the false advertising of Discovery. They offer all the benefits in the world but good luck trying to use them.
