I posted a complaint two weeks ago that after 18 months I am still waiting for almost R2000 to be paid to me in my healthy food cash backs. Have had many conversations many emails and even a complaint here and the response is always the same.. Your query has been escalated" your payment will be done in a few days, the last call was last week and it would take 5 days... and Im still waiting.. still no money in my account still the same excuses still no resolve.. what is a consumer to do... write to the newspaper, write to CarteBlanche, storm into the finance department and sit and demand my money .. I am so frustrated.. someone just put the money owing to me in my account, dont call me dont email me dont apologise again as I am tired of the apologies I just want my money..
