1. The incorrect % was loaded on my Healthy Care benefit, resulting in me not being paid any cash back. When it was eventualy loaded correctly to 25%, only 15% of the value was refunded. Now they refuse to pay the 10% difference, because they only make payments of R50 or more. Had the mistake not been made, the cashback would have been more than R50. I had to make numerous phone calls and emails over a period of a month to just get the % back to 25%
2. I received no Healthy Food cash back in March - when I called in they said I did not purchase anything. I am still waiting on feeedback.
I am really dissappointed at the lack of urgency and feedback in general. The call centre agents can't give any apporpriate feedback & always have to escalate if it's past due date for feedback & you then have to wait some more.
