I'm very disappointed about the unsatisfactory massages we got at Zorgvliet Spa on 26.10.13
I'm a regular at the Pyramid Spa & thought Zorgvliet Spa would be of the same calibre, hence I decided to treat my mom to a full body massage for her birthday because she resides in the Vaal.
I was totally amazed after I was told my massage was done without much concentration on my specified areas, as per my completed client info form.
I must say that I didn't feel any different after my treatment, there's still knots on my shoulders & strain on my neck. This just felt like a back rubbing session which could have been done by my partner at home, as it didn't feel like a professional body massage.
My mom's allergic to nuts & had an allergic reaction from the oil that was used, resulting in itchiness, sleepiness & swollen eyes. Again, I thought the client info form was filled for a reason.
My mom's day was supposed to be tranquil & enjoyable, which is definitely not what we got & don't think I would even consider booking any treatments from Zorgvliet.
I mailed through my complaint on 29.10.13 & was told the matter is being investigated, but I haven't had any response thus far
