I am really unhappy with Discovery Vitality!!! I contacted Discovery today 05/03/2013 to find out if I am a Vitality member, which they assured me I have been paying since 09/2012. Well that is 6 months of NOTHING!!! I have never received any post, notification or indication that I was a Vitality member. I shop at certain shops that give discounts for being a member which I have not enjoyed any benefit of. I am unhappy that they can sell customers a service and not follow up. I love my medical aid and don't want to move to any other medical schema, but this is not acceptable. :( To add something a little more positive is the call centre assistant: Anthony was a delight and helped and assisted as much as he could. I really appreciated it. Thank you :)
