I have had a Prokard for 2 years now and have been successful in making/using my prokard vouchers maybe twice.
In the last year I have had no success at all it doesn't matter what time of the year or week I attempt to book it, even if its 2 months in advance its always SOLD OUT.
And yes I am well aware of terms and conditions, that certain rooms are not available e.t.c I am reminded of this every time I attempt a booking.
Considering the annual payment of over R1000 for gold membership its really not worth it.
Most of the vouchers expire even before you are able to redeem them.
The only time you will receive any response from Prokard is the time of year renewals are due
