I took out a Prokard membership last year, 2012. The vouchers are valid until the end of May or so I was told. What I was not told however is that if i do not renew the membership this year then I am unable to use any of the vouchers left over last year. I tried to book over the weekend and to my surprise the website did not allow me. I phoned and was told that since my membership has expired then I do not have access to those vouchers. My question is that I had paid for the vouchers already so why force me to renew. I have to raise this with the consumer commission to see if it is within the law. DO NOT GET PROKARD MEMBERSHIP.
