GOODS NOT DELIVERED - UNANSWERES CALLS

PRODUCT (OZONE CABINET) WAS ORDERED AND PAID FOR ON THE 5TH OF SEPTEMBER 2013, TO THE AMOUNT OF R64 000.
DELIVERY WAS PROMISED WITHIN 2 (TWO) WEEKS. AT THE END OF FOUR WEEKS A REGISTERED LETTER WAS SENT FROM US TO DEMAND DELIVERY.
TWO WEEKS LATER THE CABINET WAS DELIVERED, BUT WITHOUT THE OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR WHICH IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE SYSTEM. DELIVERY OF THAT WAS PROMISED TO TAKE PLACE ONE WEEK LATER. UP TILL TODAY NO SUCH DELIVERY WAS MADE, EVEN AFTER SEVERAL FRUITLESS CALLS.
ON LAST THURSDAY (24 OCT 2014) I WAS REFERRED TO THE DIRECTOR, MR W TOOSEN WHOM APPARENTLY INSTRUCTED THAT I HAD TO BE REFFERED TO HIM IF I PHONED AGAIN. HOWEVER, HIS ANSEWRING MACHINE IS ACTIVATED ON CALL, AND THE ANSWERING MACHINE IS UNABLE TO TAKE A MESSAGE AS IT IS FILLED TO CAPACITY.
I THEN CALLED AGAIN - SPOKE TO ANDRE WHO SAID THAT HE WOULD ASK TOOSEN TO CALL ME. IT IS AGAIN ONE WEEK LATER AND NO CALL WAS RECEIVED.
